Saint Agur




Saint Agur is a French soft blue-veined cheese made from pasteurised cows milk village of Beauzac from the mountainous French region of Auvergne. Saint Agur has a beautiful creamy, smooth and spreadable texture due to its soft consistency. The flavour profile contains the main players of the Blue family; bold, sharp and pungent flavours, yet are subdued slightly by the buttery and spicy flavours of the Saint Agur and not being as salty as most Blue cheeses.
