The Normandy Camembert is a soft, soft-ripened French cheese made from unpasteurised cow’s milk. Under the AOC guidelines, it is only those who follow the original methods of creating Camembert from raw, unpasteurised milk, that can call their Camembert, “Camembert de Normandie”. The Normandy Cambenbert has a creamy and supple texture that is bolstered by a buttery, creamy and smooth flavour profile. The rich buttery flavour makes it a great pairing with many great French wines.
