How do I register for an Account?

Simply go to the right hand corner of our website and click the person icon. Then follow the prompt and voila!

How do I unsubscribe from your Newsletter?

We’re sad to see you go! Email our support team at hello@oliveandgrain.com.au with the subject line “Unsubscribe from Newsletter” and we’ll take care of that for you.

My Payment Methods

We use Stripe as our payment platform and only hold your information if you register for an account. If you would like for us to delete your data please email our support team at hello@oliveandgrain.com.au.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation

What is your policy on Returns/Exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. However, if you believe your product is faulty or have an issue with your order please email our team at hello@oliveandgrain.com.au. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.

What do I do if my order is wrong or faulty?

If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality or in the unlikely event that they are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us via hello@oliveandgrain.com.au immediately.

A member of our team will arrive to inspect the product, bringing a replacement if necessary. In the unlikely event that our product is found to be defective, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

Can I make changes to my order after it has processed?

We will do our best to accommodate changes in a reasonable time frame. Orders may be changed up to 48-hours before your expected delivery date and time. Email us hello@oliveandgrain.com.au quoting your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within a reasonable time frame. Olive & Grain can only accept cancellations 48hrs prior to your expected delivery date in which case a full refund will be issued. Please note, this does not apply to any custom grazing tables we may produce for you.

How do I know if I ordered enough food?

We suggest looking at our serving guides on each product page. We are very generous with our servings. If you have any questions, feel free to email our friendly team at hello@oliveandgrain.com.au for recommendations.

Are your boxes recyclable?

Sustainability matters to us, which is why we make a conscious effort to reduce of plastic consumption and recycle where we can. Our platters come packaged in fully recyclable boxes.

Do you cater for allergies and other dietary requirements?

Do you offer Next Day or Same Day delivery?

We do not normally offer Next Day or Same Day Delivery, however, we would suggest you get in touch with our team via email at hello@oliveandgrain.com.au with your request. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Will I get my product the exact time I specified?

We do our best to deliver at the exact time that you specified, however, due to circumstances outside of our control (specifically, traffic) the time specified can be subject to change depending on these external factors.

You should receive your product within the hourly window that you chose (e.g. between 1 – 2pm). In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your delivery, we will get in contact with you via phone or email.

Can I get my product delivered directly to my venue?

Of course! Just write any delivery instructions specific to your venue.

Do I have to be home for my delivery?

Yes. We require you to be home to receive your delivery due to the perishable nature of our products. We do not leave our products at the door under any circumstances.

If my event starts at a certain time, how far in advance should I order my platter?

We recommend ordering your platter 1 – 4 hours before your start date. For our 1 Metre boards, it’s better to order closer to your events starting time as they don’t fit in an average refrigerator. 

Do your platters contain nuts?

Yes. Apart from our Fruit Platter, all of our platters contain nuts. We cannot guarantee that any of our platters are nut-free at this point in time. For more information please email hello@oliveandgrain.com.au

How are your platters packaged?

Our platters are assembled on our custom Eco Food Boards, then packed in a food-safe, recyclable box and delivered to your door. No plastic is used to package our platters. 


Is the board included with my order?

Yes. You get to keep the beautiful board after your event.

Can I opt out of receiving the board?

All our platters come on the boards. We cannot take boards back due to food hygiene requirements.

Where do you get your boards?

We source our boards from Eco Food Boards in Byron Bay. They are made from sustainable Camphor Laurel wood.

How do I look after my board?

Simply wash your board with warm water and dry with a towel. We recommend oiling your board with a light based food oil (vegetable or grape seed oil, for example, make sure you don’t use olive oil) every three months or so. 

Are wooden boards hygienic?

Yes! Wooden boards are actually more hygienic than plastic. Camphor Laurel has antimicrobial properties and is actually more hygienic than cedar, glass and plastic.
