Wild Boar Salami is made from wild boar meat which is blended with spices, garlic, black pepper and wine for a complex, fresh and sweet flavour. The result is an intense but not gamey flavoured salami. This dark salami is best served sliced on a charcuterie board or antipasto platter. Perfectly suited with Cognac, Bourbon, Rum, Beer or Wine. For wine, try a Sancerre for white or Beaujolais for red. Also delicious on a fresh baguette with some strong mustard.
