The Val De Saône Camembert is a French French soft camembert cheese made with pasteurised cows milk. The Val De Saône has many of the elements of a French Camembert; creamy and buttery texture with a sweetness in flavour. Yet, the Val De Saôue, originating from the Val de Saone near the river Saon in Lyon, has a unique almond flavour.
