Barber 1883 Vintage Reserve

Cheeses

The Barber 1883 Vintage Reserve is an Aged British Cheddar, a hard cheese made from unpasteurised cows milk. Originating on Daniel Barbers Somerset farm in England in 1883, the Barber family is now the oldest cheddar makers in the world. Their mainstay Vintage Reserve is aged for at least 24 months and has a creamy texture and smooth finish, supported by the common qualities of a British Aged cheddar in the crumbly and flakiness the Vingatge contains naturally occurring crystals that give it a distinctive crunch.
